Hours of Operation
The Honorable Judge Perry W. Miller presiding approximately 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.
Office open 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Court held in Harlem City Hall on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from approximately 10am until 12pm.
